I haven't been able to find a news article, but numerous posts on her Facebook page indicate that actress and men's magazine model Julie Strain has passed away. She had been fighting dementia for many years, a delayed result of a fall from a horse years earlier. From an acting standpoint I consider her best movie to be Rowdy Girls.

Larry Flynt, founder of Hustler, dramatized in The People vs. Larry Flynt. I find pretty much everything about Hustler offensive, but I respect his commitment to freedom of expression. Both sides of the political spectrum, including people who hate his works have benefited from his efforts.
