Correct. Dennis' dog, Gnasher.

L9 Minnie the Minx
Correct. The female equivalent of Dennis (not his counterpart, she's a character in her own right), Minnie.
As with American comics, successful ideas often get copied, so both rival companies and other titles in the IPC/Fleetway stable had their own versions of Dennis and Minnie - in the latter's case, Beryl the Peril or Bad Penny spring to mind. The adult version of Bad Penny turned up in Wildstorm's Albion series, but her child version and Minnie would have been hard to tell apart in a police line-up. Seriously:

K8 Walter the Softy
Dennis' perennial victim.
The comics have actually confirmed that the current Dennis is the grandson of the original, when the current Dennis' father had a flashback to his youth that revealed he had been the Dennis of the 1980s. Presumably this means that something similar holds true for all his supporting cast.

Yep. Dennis' predecessor as Beano's cover star. Though not the first cover star of the Beano...

K9 Roger the Dodger
Correct. Dodger in this case meaning he is forever coming up with schemes (dodges) to get out of work, be it homework, school work, housework, etc.

P10 Billy Whizz
Fastest boy in the world. Though a humour strip, Billy Whizz was sufficiently superhero-like to be given a superhero counterpart in Grant Morrison's 2000AD series Zenith, in the form of Jimmy Quick:
That distinctive hairstyle Billy has runs in the family...

Yep. The last several are correct, and collectively are most (but not all) of the Bash Street Kids, plus of course their long-suffering teacher.
Don't believe you are finished with Bash Street btw.

Who, as his name suggests, brings disaster wherever he goes. He's not the only character from his strip present in the picture.

H9 Pie-Face
Yep. Curly and Pie-Face are members of Dennis' supporting cast, relatively recent additions (in that they were introduced in the 1990s).
You might want to look to Dennis' supporting cast for a few more individuals in the picture.

C7 Lord Snooty
Correct - the super rich Lord Snooty, who despite his name was in no way snobbish. He eventually got phased out as the Beano editors felt the stereotype was outdated, and replaced by his less formal-looking grandson, Lord Snooty the Third.

Correct. Again, you might want to check his strip's supporting cast too.

K2 Bananaman
One of the few outright superhero characters in the Beano, and one of their most successful characters. He originally started in another title, Nutty, before transferring to the Beano's long running sister title The Dandy, and eventually to the Beano when Dandy came to an end. He's also starred in his own cartoon back in the 1980s, and even a smallish stage play (which I attended a few years ago during its short run).
Again, I'd advise checking out his supporting cast.

Yep, co-stars Meebo and Zuky, relative newcomers to the Beano, having debuted in 2010.

A7 Sergeant Slipper
I'm going to double check this one - you might be right that it is the police officer who tries to rein Dennis the Menace in, but as you can see there's more than one police officer in the image. The other definitely isn't Slipper, but I'll need to check how many cops turn up in Beano strips, because Slipper here looks a touch younger than the cop you're trying to identify.

E1 Jack Flash
One of the characters from Beano's adventure strips. In the first few decades before Beano became almost exclusively humour strips, they featured a number of adventure stories, and Jack Flash, the flying boy from Mercury, was one of them. A counterpart of his also turned up in Grant Morrison's Zenith.

One of the stars of the Shipwrecked Circus. Except, despite wearing a virtually identical "circus strongman" outfit, the guy in the group shot isn't him. Beano had a more prominent strongman character who starred in his own strip.
