Re: TV Series Trivia

Those are all correct. Some of the above questions were admittedly variants of questions previously asked, but I wanted to include a good range of shows.
Most of all episodes of The Last Precinct can be found on YouTube. It was one of those shows that chased after the jokes rather than letting the jokes come naturally. Here's the pilot for anyone feeling really brave:

The first episode of The Littlest Hobo (many episodes also on YouTube):

Re: TV Series Trivia

Money for Nothing was not actually the original theme. MTV premiered in 1981, and the Dire Straits song was released in 1985. Money for Nothing did however incorporate MTV's original slogan, "I Want My MTV" (sung by Sting in the song).

Re: TV Series Trivia

My mistake. Money for Nothing at least is the song that really put MTV on the map.

The first part of 12 is correct. That leaves the naming the character part.
16 is correct. The 1970s-1980s version is great. If you're a contestant you wanted to be at the start of the shooting schedule because by the end some of the celebrities who tried to match your answers were pretty drunk.

Re: TV Series Trivia

Correct, and that was definitely a turning point for MASH. Between MASH and Hello, Larry he actually starred in two other sitcoms: The McLean Stevenson Show and In the Beginning. Hello, Larry, though is probably he best known post-MASH work; it was his only show as lead actor to last two seasons and its crossovers with Diff'rent Strokes further raised the show's profile. It's interesting to think what might have happened had he stayed on MASH; would it still have become as serious as it eventually did, or would it have kept a bit of a lighter tone?
