South Park is a area of LA that has a lot of sushi places. Because Orgazmo and Cannibal were made by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, who went on to do South Park, I'd place it somewhere in that region.

Another reason I'd place it there and that Joe and Ben never use public transportation in the movie, suggesting it's not far from downtown, which is probably where Joe and Ben shoot Orgazmo (see separate thread).
