1275 Faceless Hunter, Brave and Bold

Updating the list now, but I've gone through all the new answers. Although there is a strong connection, 1029 isn't Kobra from Brave and the Bold. 1163 isn't the Sportsmaster, though this is another one of those "not so and so due to a technicality" situations. The rest are correct.

1163 is correct. 1029 I'll allow since you accurately described him, but his actual name, at least according to the B&B Wiki (keeping in mind that I haven't seen the show) is apparently Lord Naga.

I couldn't find any reference to the Brave and the Bold version in the above link (Main entry is comic version. Other Media is just Young Justice and Beware the Batman). This is what I was going by, which suggested that Kobra was a separate character in B&B. Given it's a Wiki, if you or anyone else has seen the episode and has a different take on the episode, I'll defer to you/them.

It's just listed among the aliases. Trouble is, Comicvine is effectively a wiki too, so there's no more guarantee of accuracy there than anywhere else. Suffice to say, at least some people seem to think that sometimes Lord Naga is also Kobra. Certainly, this toy calls itself Lord Naga:

but when you do a Google search for Kobra DC a lot of the images look exactly like the toy. As to what name he went by in Brave and Bold, I couldn't say for sure - I saw the episodes, but it was good few years ago. Fwiw, the DC fan wiki (as opposed to the B&B fan wiki) calls him Kobra.
