    610 is not BH6. As for what she's a professor of, I won't count that as one of your questions for today because my honest answer is, whatever science would allow for the theory that Earth is one big organism. I've never seen the episode so I don't know much about her profession.
    560 made his debut in X-Men, yes (and yes, I'll allow that workaround the five limit because you phrased it as a Yes/No question).
