Those are correct (both replies; I missed Loki's reply the first time due to near simultaneous replying). I haven't been reading much of the advance news on the upcoming movie so will leave the bonus question for others.

All those are correct. American Scream from the Vertigo series showed up in the Spectre series written by one of the writers in q.13, so it does appear to have been canon in that era
