Just so I don't focus exclusively on the Anniversary Imaginary Handbooks, I started a while back on compiling possible entries for a Namor the Sub-Mariner Handbook. This was harder than I first thought. I don't really follow Namor as a character much, for starters. Additionally, most of the most obvious Namor-related characters have already been covered, even though there really hasn't been a Namor-centric handbook. There's also not a listing on the Appendix site for Namor characters; the closest there is is one for Atlanteans. For a character who goes all the way back to 1939, with multiple series, minis, and group memberships, I worried the pickings would be slim unless one included a bunch of reprinted entries.

Still, I kept at it. I don't know if it's enough for a Handbook, but maybe as part of a Saga-type publication....(Also, what would we call it? Namor: Atlantis's Avenger/Invader/Defender/X-Man/Titanic One-Third? Namor: Imperius Rex? That Namor Handbook?)
