Correct, She was the main Earth-1 Cheetah. She was related to Priscilla Rich so I don't know if Rich travelled to Earth-1 from Earth-2 or if Rich had a counterpart, but for a while she was the main Cheetah. DC's Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys. Though I wouldn't be surprised if you meant someone else.
