Yep. Warring brothers Punch and Jimmy. For those outside the UK who may not get the weird naming, it's a play on Punch and Judy, a once-common puppet show frequently found in British seaside towns. Here's another example of their strip from the 1960s:

Btw, though it's not clear here, Punch is the one with the black top, Jimmy the blue.

Yep. The Nibblers, a.k.a. The Bash Street Mice. When you've got a group of comedy school boy (and one girl) characters that are popular, don't just do their dog counterparts (Bash Street Pups a.k.a. Pups Parade), do their mice versions too. Not to mention their female counterparts and maybe cats too...

Yes, they are. What specific sub-breeds of McHaggis they are I couldn't say without extensive research, but they are definitely that general species.
