I'll go with a tentative yes. The nose in the poster doesn't quite match but that might just be a different artist.

The overloud Shouty McShoutface. For those outside the UK who might not get the weird name format, a few years back there was an online poll to name a scientific research vessel. A radio host joked it should Boaty McBoatface, and the ever sarcastic British public went with that in their droves, winning the poll much to the chagrin of the boat owners. It sparked a run of similarly themed silly names.

Yep. Warring brothers Punch and Jimmy. For those outside the UK who may not get the weird naming, it's a play on Punch and Judy, a once-common puppet show frequently found in British seaside towns. Here's another example of their strip from the 1960s:
Btw, though it's not clear here, Punch is the one with the black top, Jimmy the blue.

Yep. The Nibblers, a.k.a. The Bash Street Mice. When you've got a group of comedy school boy (and one girl) characters that are popular, don't just do their dog counterparts (Bash Street Pups a.k.a. Pups Parade), do their mice versions too. Not to mention their female counterparts and maybe cats too...

Since there's so few images available online, I figure the odds of you naming each member individually are slim, so I'll allow for naming the group/strip as a substitute; once you do, I'll post an image that will enable you to get the rest of the clan.

Yes, they are. What specific sub-breeds of McHaggis they are I couldn't say without extensive research, but they are definitely that general species.

Nope. Flint normally wears a pirate hat for a start.

Another of Beano's adventure strip characters, and the inspiration for Colonel Tusker in Alan Moore's Captain Britain.

Nope. The character's location in the image relative to other characters is the clue - though tbh I'm not sure if the character has a name so much as a description.
